Description
A herb. It lies along the ground. It has trailing stems that can be up to 2.1 m long. They are hairy. The leaves are oblong to oval with large teeth or lobes. They are 1-5 cm long by 0.6-4 cm wide. They are hairy. The flowers are pink or mauve. They often have streaks or dots. The fruit are 1.5-2.6 cm long by 1-2 cm wide. The seeds are oval and slightly 4 angled.
Distribution
It is a tropical plant. It grows on sandy land near the seashores.
