Description

A herb. It grows 8-22 cm tall. It is a root parasite on bulbs and roots. The stems are fleshy. They are white and covered with scale-like leaves. The leaves are 1-4 cm long and 0.5 cm wide. The flowers are red or pink. They are hooded and hairy.
