Source: WikipediaPersoonia sericea, commonly known as the silky geebung, is a plant in the family Proteaceae and is endemic to eastern Australia. It is a shrub with hairy yellow flowers and silky-hairy young branches and leaves.
Description
A spreading shrub. The leaves and young branches are covered with silky hairs. The leaves are sword shaped and narrow towards the ends. They are 1.5-6 cm long and 2-21 mm wide.
Edible Uses
The fruit is edible.
Distribution
It is a subtropical plant.
