Description

A herb. It grows 20-50 cm tall. The leaves are small and have teeth along the edge. The flowers are cream to white.

It is a tropical plant. It grows in dry sandy hills. It grows above 4,100 m above sea level.

Notes

There are about 250-350 Baccharis species. There are 300-430 Baccharis species in the neotropics. It is used in medicine. Not in The Plant List. Probably now Baccharis tola var. tola
