Description

A herb. It keeps growing from year to year. It grows 1-1.5 m tall. The leaves are 14-28 cm long by 5-7 cm wide. They have sharp teeth along the edge.

Edible Uses

The leaves are eaten.

Distribution

A subtropical plant. In Argentina it grows below 500 m above sea level. It grows in water.
