Calophyllum tetrapterum is a species of flowering plant in the Calophyllaceae family. It is found in Brunei, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Description

A shrub or small tree. It can grow 20 m tall. The trunk is 40 cm across. The twigs are often 4 angled. The leaves are narrowly oval and 4-14 cm long. The flowers occur as 3-11 in a group in the axils of leaves. The fruit is round and 7-16 mm long.

Edible Uses

The fruit is edible.

It is a tropical plant.
