Description
A robust cactus. It can occur singly or as a cluster. It has 4 sided tubercles with 4 pines in a ring. The flowers are pink and at the crown of the stem.
Distribution
It is a tropical plant. In Mexico it grows between 500-2,000 m above sea level.
