Cratoxylum sumatranum is a species of flowering plant in the Hypericaceae family. Found in Southeast Asia, it grows up to 51 m (167 ft) tall and is harvested locally for timber and fuel.

Description

A tree. It grows 15 m tall. The bark is red-brown. The leaves are narrow and sword shaped. They are 5-10 cm long by 2-3 cm wide. The flowers are red.

Edible Uses

The leaves are used to make tea.
