Medicinal Uses
A maceration of young twigs and leaves is drunk to treat diarrhoea. The leafy twigs are also used in fumigations to treat ophthalmia. A root decoction in milk is taken to treat colds and rheumatism.
Known Hazards
Although we have seen no specific information for this species, there are reports that several species in this genus are highly toxic to grazing animals.
