Description
A shrub or tree. It grows 5 m tall. The leaves are oval to oblong and 4-12 cm long by 3-6 cm wide. They are pale underneath. The flowers are at the ends of branches with many flowers in a group. The flowers are white. The fruit are red to black and oval. They are 10 mm long by 8 mm wide.
Edible Uses
The fruit are eaten.
Distribution
It is a tropical plant. It grows in Hainan in China. It grows in scrub at seaside and between 100-300 m above sea level.
