Description

A shrub. It grows 4 m tall. The leaves are simple and 4-17 cm long. They are smooth. The flowers are in a group at the ends of branches. The flowers are 2 mm across. The fruit is 10 mm across. They occur singly or in bunches at the ends of branches. There are 2 seeds. These are about 4 mm long. The fruit are edible.

The fruit are edible.

Distribution

A tropical plant. They grow naturally in the rainforest in NE Queensland in Australia. It grows between 260-1560 m altitude.
