A shrub or small tree. The leaves are simple and 4-10 cm long. The fruit is 12-35 mm long by 10-21 mm wide. They occur in clusters in the axils of leaves. The outer surface is softly hairy. There are 1-4 seeds. The seeds are 7-12 mm long by 4-10 mm wide. The flesh is edible.
Edible Uses
The flesh of the fruit is edible.
Distribution
A tropical plant. The grow naturally in the rainforest in NE Queensland.
