Description
A shrub. It grows 1-3 m tall. The branches are slender and hairy. The leaf stalks are short. The leaves are narrowly oval and wedge shaped at the base. They are dark green above and lighter underneath. The flowers are in pairs in the axils of the leaves. The flower have 5 parts. They are white.
Edible Uses
The fruit is edible.
Distribution
A tropical plant. It grows between 800-1,000 m above sea level.
