Description

A tree. It grows 37 m tall. The trunk can be 45 cm across. The stem has red sap. The leaves are simple and alternate. They are white underneath. The flowers are yellow to orange and 3 mm across. They are in small groups. The fruit are 18 mm long and orange-red. They are capsules that split open.

Distribution

It is a tropical plant. It grows up to 1,300 m above sea level.
