Description

A tree. It grows 5-6 m tall. Young branches are hairy. The leaves are clustered at the tip of the branches. They are oval and 23-36 cm long by 9-17 cm wide. The flowering shoots are in the axils of leaves and are 4 cm long. The fruit are ovaland 2.5 cm long by 1.6 cm wide.

Known Hazards

This species is at risk and may have conservation concerns.

Distribution

It is a tropical plant. It occurs at 1,800 m above sea level in VIetnam.
