Description

A tree. It grows about 8 m tall. The leafy twigs have brown hairs. The leaves are narrowly oval and 10-18 cm long by 3.5-6.5 cm wide. The leaves are hairy.

Edible Uses

The fruit is eaten.

Distribution

It is a tropical plant. In Bolivia it grows between 850-900 m above sea level.
