Description
A climbing vine native to western China, growing in thickets at elevations between 1,800–3,600 m across multiple provinces (Shensi, Hupeh, Szechuan, and Sikang).
Edible Uses
The fruit is eaten.
Distribution
It grows naturally in W. China in thickets between 1800 - 3600 metres in Shensi, Hupeh, Szechuan and Sikang Provinces.

Notes
There are 40-60 Actinidia species. The Actinidiaceae are a mainly tropical family.
