A climbing bean. It is a herb and small branches have rusty hairs. The leaves have 3 leaflets. The leaf stalk is 8 cm long and the leaflets are oval and 8 cm long by 5 cm wide. They have rusty hairs. The pods are 6 cm long and hairy. There are 8-10 seeds. Check Vigna bournaea Gamble. This is an accepted name and Vigna bourneae Gamble is an unresolved name.
