Description

A tall tree. The trunk is fluted. It has buttresses. The leaves are rough and taper the tip. They are narrowly oval. The fruit is fleshy. It can have 2 seeds.

Edible Uses

The fruit is eaten.

Distribution

It is a tropical plant. It grows in rainforest between 250-650 m above sea level.
