Vachellia prasinata (syn. Acacia prasinata) is a species of plant in the family Fabaceae. It is found only in Ethiopia. It is threatened by habitat loss.

Description

A small tree. It grows 4.5 m tall. The crown is rounded and the branches are spreading. The bark is grey to black and deeply cracked. The flowers are pale yellow to white. The fruit are pods that split open. They have 3-5 seeds.

The seeds are edible.
