Description
A climbing herb. The stems are grooved. The leaves are 8-12 cm long by 7-11 cm wide. The leaves are deeply lobed. They are pale green underneath. It has tendrils. The fruit are oblong and orange-yellow. They are 8-16 cm long and 7-10 cm wide. There are several oblong seeds.
Edible Uses
The fruit is eaten.
Distribution
It grows in dense forests and on mountain slopes. In Sichuan and Yunnan.
