Eryngium glomeratum, known as the clustered eryngo,, or also ball eryngo is a species of flowering plant in the family Apiaceae, native from Greece through to Saudi Arabia, and Tunisia.

Description

An herb in the carrot family (Apiaceae) found in Mediterranean climates across Cyprus, Jordan, and the Middle East. It has edible stems and leaves.
