Description

A tree. It can grow 28 m tall. The fruiting stalks occur singly in the axils of leaves. There are about 25 fruit. These are narrowly oval and 1.6-2.6 cm long by 0.5-0.6 cm wide. They are green to black. The flesh is edible.

The fruit flesh is eaten.

It is a tropical plant. It grows in rainforest.
