Description

A bushy plant or it can be a creeper 4 m long. It grows by drawing its food from other plants. It can grow on a range of plants.

The leaves are eaten as a vegetable, though caution is advised.

Used as a laxative in traditional medicine.

Distribution

A tropical plant. It grows partly on Jatropha curcas, Citrus spp and Cola spp.
