Description
A pumpkin family climber. It grows 2 m long. The leaves have 3-5 angles. They are 2-5 cm long and nearly as wide. The fruit are red. Possibly now Zehneria backeri (W. J. de Wilde & Duyfjes) H. Schaef. & S. S. Renner
Edible Uses
The red fruit is eaten.
Distribution
It is a tropical plant. It grows on Alor Islands.
