Description

A shrub. It grows 4 m tall. It can be a climber. The branches have a few prickles. The leaves have 5 leaflets that are oblong and 6-14 cm long by 3-6 cm wide.

Edible Uses

The leaves are eaten.

Distribution

It is a temperate plant. It grows on the edges of forests and in valleys between 100-3,200 m above sea level. In Sichuan and Yunnan.
