Description
A small tree. It grows 2-5 m tall. The leaves have 5-15 leaflets. The leaflets are narrowly oval and 4-10 cm long by 2-5 cm wide. The flowers are at the ends of the branches. The fruit are round and 1-2 cm across. They are bluish black when ripe.
Edible Uses
The fruit is eaten.
Distribution
It is a tropical plant. It grows in moist mountain forests between 300-1,500 m above sea level. In Sichuan and Yunnan.
