Description
A herb. It grows 20-50 cm tall. It has rhizomes. These can be 12-20 cm long. The lower leaves are dense and upper leaves lax. There is a ring of spoon shaped leaves. The leaves have white hairs.
Edible Uses
The leaves are eaten.
Distribution
It is a temperate plant. It grows on the edges of forests and in grasslands and wetlands between 1,000-4,200 m above sea level. In Sichuan and Yunnan.
