Jack-O'-Lantern Mushroom: True knife-like gills, grows in clusters on wood/stumps, glows in the dark, orange throughout.

Cantharellus pseudofriesii: Blunt forked ridges (not true gills), grows singly from soil, apricot/fruity smell, solid flesh.
