Description

A herb. It grows 12-35 cm tall. The stems lie over and there are often several from the base. The leaves at the base are in a ring. The leaves on the stems are oval and 1-2 cm long by 1-2 cm wide.

Edible Uses

The leaves, stems, and flowers are eaten.

Distribution

It is a subtropical plant. In Sichuan and Yunnan. It grows from near sea level to 4,000 m above sea level.
