Description

Commonly called the big blue pinkgill, this is a gilled mushroom (agaric) in the Entolomataceae family. It occurs primarily in unimproved grassland and is found in temperate regions including California and Europe, though it is assessed as globally vulnerable on the IUCN Red List.
