Description

A small tree. It grows 4-5 m tall. The leaves are thick and leathery. The young leaves have a red colouring. The leaves are 7-10 cm long. The flowers have a scent. They are in groups near the ends of branches. The fruit are yellowish-green. The pulp is juicy and sweet.

Edible Uses

The fully ripe fruit are eaten fresh, and are also processed into ice creams and juices.
