Description

A herb. It grows 1-2 m tall. It has one thick, robust stem. It is reddish brown and the lower branches are alternate while the upper branches are in rings. The leaves are broadly triangle shaped and divided. The leaves on the stems get smaller going upwards. The flowers are in groups 10 cm across. The fruit are narrowly oval and 14-20 mm long by 8-12 mm wide.

Distribution
