Description
An orchid. It grows 25-70 cm tall. There are 7-11 leaves. They are mostly bunched towards the bas of the stem. The flowering shoots are cylindrical and 5-24 cm long by 3-4 cm wide. There can be many flowers. The tubers are small and oval and 1-2 cm long by 5-8 mm wide.
Edible Uses
The small oval tubers are eaten.
