Description

A slender orchid. It has a single leaf. The tubers are small and there are 2 per plant. The flower stalk is 17 cm long. The leaf is 6-12 cm long by 2-3 mm wide. The flowers are whitish or pink inside and greenish white on the outside.

Edible Uses

The tubers, roots, and flowers are edible.

Distribution

It is a temperate plant.
