Description

A large tree. The leaves are small and have 6 leaflets. The flowers are white and in groups. The pods are green and 9 cm long. They are smooth and thick. The pod pulp is white.

Edible Uses

The white pulp inside the pods is eaten.

Distribution

It is a tropical plant. It grows near riverbanks.
