Source: WikipediaHedyosmum nutans is a plant that was described by Olof Swartz. It is part of the genus Hedyosmum of the family Chloranthaceae. No subspecies are listed in the Catalogue of Life. It is native to Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Haiti, and Jamaica.
Description
A shrub. It grows 1-5 m tall. The young stems are 4 sided. The leaves are sword shaped and 5-14 cm long by 1-3 cm wide. They taper to the tip.
