Description
A large woody climber. The outer bark is light brown and ribbed. The wood has a strong scent. The leaves are alternate. The fruit are dark yellow. They are thin skinned. There is a thin starchy layer around the large seed.
Edible Uses
The fruit is eaten.
Distribution
It is a tropical plant.
