Description
A tree. It forms buttresses. It grows 25-35 m high. It has white latex. The trunk can be 75 cm across. The branches are stout. The leaves are large and simple and arranged in spirals. The flowers are white. They are crowded at the ends of the small branches.
Edible Uses
The fruit is eaten.
Distribution
A tropical plant. In Fiji it grows from sea level and up to 200 m altitude. It grows in forest on limestone.
