Yushania elegans is a species of bamboo in the family Poaceae. It is native to India, Bangladesh, and Myanmar.

Description

A bamboo. It forms tufts and keeps growing from year to year. The stems are 4-7 m long and 8-25 mm wide. The internodes are 18-23 cm long.
