Rosa sericea, the silky rose, is a species of flowering plant. The closely related Rosa omeiensis is sometimes treated as a subspecies of R. sericea.

Description

A rose shrub. It can grow 2.5 m tall. The leaves are light green. The flowers are white. The rose hips are bright red.
