Description
A shrub that grows attached to other plants. It can be climbing. The stems are up to 2.5 m long.

Edible Uses
The flowers are eaten.
Medicinal Uses
A decoction of the crushed leaves is used as a remedy for toothache and mouth ulcers. The decoction is gargled when warm and may be kept in mouth for five minutes.
Distribution
It is a tropical plant. It grows in secondary forests up to 600 m above sea level.
