Description

A tree. It grows 15-30 m tall. The leaves are oval to sword shaped and 5-10 cm long by 2-3.5 cm wide. The flowers are white. The fruit are oval and 25-35 mm long by 20-25 mm wide. The seeds are 20-25 mm long by 15 mm wide.

Edible Uses

Oil is extracted from the seeds.

Distribution

It is a tropical plant. It grows in dense forest. It grows between 700-2,000 m above sea level.
