Description

A shrub. It grows 2-3 m tall. The branches are angular. The leaves are oval and 8-16 cm long by 3-6 cm wide. The flowers are in panicles in the axils of leaves. They are white.

Distribution

A tropical plant. It grows in sparse broad-leaved forests and shady places along stream banks. It grows between 300-1,700 m above sea level in southern China. In Yunnan.
